Eagle Pointe was developed by BLM Development, Inc., made up of James P. Babcock and his brothers in law Ronald R. LaBeau and Timothy J. Masserant. The Masserant family has resided in Berlin Township since the 1860s.

Jim Babcock owns and operates Babcock Building Company, Inc. and is building homes in Eagle Pointe. Jim is a third generation builder and just completed his year as President of the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan. He brings a legacy of new home construction in southeastern Michigan that spans back to 1928. He is a hands-on builder who will be involved in all aspects of the construction of your new home and looks forward to working with you.
